Autosomique récessif

Caractères / symptômes

Dégénération congénitale du foie avec fibrose, hypertrophie et kystes des conduits biliaires; symptômes de troubles hépatiques, fièvre, apathie, symptômes neurologiques, diarrhée. Mort à l’âge de 2-8 mois suite à une insuffisance hépatique. 
Contraintes

Restriction profonde de la fonction hépatique d’origine héréditaire. Divers symptômes cliniques. La maladie est létale et n’est pas guérissable.
